For Undeliverable Packages- Refund Policy

Please note: Are you sending your gift to a home or office? Due to the perishable nature of cookies we cannot be responsible for home deliveries when no one is home to sign for the package. Although Purolator will leave a call tag on the door it is up to the receiver to contact the driver for re-scheduling a delivery. The driver will make more than one attempt to deliver. If they are not contacted the cookies are shipped, at our cost back to us and thrown away. Please consider the day and time the package will be delivered and assure the recipient will be available. Purolator will not guarantee a time of day but makes all deliveries between 9 am and 5 pm. We will process your order within 24 hours and all cookie deliveries go overnight to most cities.
